Visitor Count
This script shows the number of unique visitors that visited your website. Supports websites hosted on Neocities, or tracked using GoatCounter.
This script does not track visitors, it only shows the existing number taken from each provider. If you are using GoatCounter, you should follow the instructions they provide to make sure your hits are counted. Neocities tracks visitors for you without needing to install any script.
Thanks to Dannarchy for the original method.

Directions
If you can't get the script to work, try disabling them temporarily, and then reload the page you're working on.
Add the following code to the end of your webpage, just above the </body>
tag.
Then save the following to a file named visitors.js
, in the same folder as your webpage. Adjust the settings to your needs.
By default, the script will look for every element with the class name visitor-count
and add the number to the end. Both examples below will do the same thing.
